When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once your return reaches us, we’ll give it a quick check to make sure it’s in good condition. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days and sent back to the original payment method. You’ll get a confirmation once it’s on its way.

Every product is carefully checked before it leaves our store. However, if you receive an item that’s damaged or not as ordered, please let us know.
